Bilingual Customer Service Agent (EN/FR) – Remote
Salary: $19.31/hour
Type: part-time – Permanent
Location: Remote, anywhere in Canada
Schedule: 20 to 35 hours/week, including weekends
After training is completed, students may reduce their hours to as low as 15 hours/week if needed.

Our role is to act as a bridge between callers and our clients by following their procedures and scripts, and accurately relaying information.

What You’ll Do
As a bilingual customer service agent, you will:
- Answer incoming calls by following client-specific scripts and protocols
- Provide professional, empathetic, and clear service in English
- Act as an intermediary by relaying messages and key information to clients
- Write clear, structured, and accurate call notes
- Handle a variety of situations: emergencies, maintenance calls, professional follow-ups, specific instructions, etc.
- Apply prioritization rules and respect urgency levels
- Collaborate with a remote team across Canada
Training
We offer a fully remote, 4-week training program via Zoom, covering:
- System usage
- Script handling
- Call prioritization
- Emergency and non-emergency procedures
- Communication best practices
Training schedules can be adapted for students.
After training, student employees may reduce their hours to as little as 15 hours/week.
Required English Level
An advanced level of English (spoken and written) is required to:
- Follow scripts and instructions often written in English
- Communicate clearly with English-speaking callers
- Write messages and follow-ups for English-speaking clients
- Understand complex calls (emergencies, technical instructions, medical or maintenance information)
- Interact with contacts across Canada

Remote Work – Equipment & Requirements
Equipment is provided after the probation period.
You must have:
- Wired (Ethernet) internet connection of 50 Mbps+
- PC / Laptop (Mac and Chromebook not supported)
- Headset and webcam
- Quiet workspace
Schedule
Our call center operates 24/7.
- Shifts between 6 a.m. and midnight (depending on needs)
- Rotating weekends or every other weekend
Not available:
- Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. only
- Only shifts after 5 p.m.
