For over 40 years, Pride Signs has delivered innovative sign and visual solutions to some of North America’s leading brands. As we continue to expand our Digital Signage displays vertical, we are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Client Manager to help grow our digital commercial display business.
This role focuses on the sale of digital signage displays including commercial displays, menu boards, LED/LCD display systems, and integrated visual hardware applications. This position does not involve selling digital content creation, digital marketing or media management services.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, solution-based environment and enjoys working with both new and existing clients.

Scope
The Client Manager is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting customers through the sales process for digital commercial display solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with internal estimating, engineering, project management, and installation teams to deliver complete hardware solutions that meet client requirements.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify opportunities for digital commercial display hardware solutions
- Digital Menu Boards
- Commercial LCD/LED Displays
- Interior & Exterior Digital Signage Hardware
- Video Wall Display Systems
- Wayfinding & Information Displays
- Integrated Digital Display Solutions
- Architectural & Retail Digital Displays
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and business development opportunities
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations in collaboration with internal teams
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Coordinate with estimating, engineering, project management, and installation teams to ensure successful project execution
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline activity
- Stay current with evolving digital display technologies and industry trends
- Support clients throughout the sales cycle from concept through project completion
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry activities as required
What we Need
- 3–5+ years of sales or account management experience in:
- Digital signage
- Commercial AV
- Display technology
- Signage or visual solutions
- Technology-based solution sales
- Strong consultative and relationship-building sales skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to read drawings and technical specifications is considered an asset
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required

Experience:
- LED Displays and Digital Signage Networks Sales: 3 years (required)
- Menu Boards, Kiosks and Visual Communication Solutions Sales: 3 years (required)
- Technology Equipment Sales: 3 years (preferred)
