Tank Traders® is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team in La Salle, MB.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. The Sales Administrator, internally known as Sales Coordinator, plays an important part in supporting the sales team, managing key administrative processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for both retail partners and customers. If you are proactive, organized, and enjoy both independent work and collaboration, this opportunity could be a great fit.
Day in the Life:
- Work with our retailers to process new accounts and change of ownerships, including qualifying the retail location to meet requirements as our product is propane tanks
- Communicate with Governing bodies through email to submit licensing and permit requests and ensure compliance with the appropriate municipalities
- Communicate with retailer partners and consumers regarding our program, policies, and guidelines
- Utilize CRM software to manage account creation, status, and create work orders
- Assist the Customer Support team with inbound calls, and direct those calls accordingly
