We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the Member Rewards marketing team in a temporary full-time contract role. In this position, you’ll help bring marketing campaigns to life across digital, email, social, and in-centre, supporting work that helps members better understand, access and use the value available through AMA Rewards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Campaign Coordination: You’ll support the planning, execution and delivery of AMA Rewards marketing campaigns, including partner promotions and gift card campaigns.

Creative and Content Support: You’ll help develop and coordinate creative briefs, marketing copy, and campaign assets that clearly communicate the value of AMA Rewards to members.

Partner and Stakeholder Collaboration: You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to gather campaign details, confirm offers, manage timelines, route approvals and ensure marketing tactics are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Digital and Website Updates: You’ll coordinate content updates for AMA Rewards web pages, landing pages and digital touchpoints, helping ensure member-facing information is clear and current.

Email and Member Engagement Support: You’ll help coordinate segmented email campaigns and member communications that promote relevant Rewards offers, gift cards, partner benefits and ways members can save or earn reward dollars.

In-Centre and Operational Marketing Support: You’ll assist with in-centre signage, print materials, digital screens and other centre-facing communications that help frontline teams share Rewards offers with members.

Campaign Tracking and Reporting: You’ll analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness and uncover insights. Your analytical approach will guide strategic decisions and fuel ongoing improvements.
What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging messages.

Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate approvals, timelines, assets and campaign requirements.

Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
