Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
- Conduct routine custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restroom sanitation to uphold hygiene standards
- Use specialized equipment for floor care and industrial cleaning to maintain high-quality cleanliness across all areas
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs or reporting issues that require professional attention
- Support commercial cleaning projects by following established protocols for cleaning large or complex spaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, offices, restrooms, and other designated spaces with efficiency and attention to detail
- Follow safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Experience with residential painting or facilities maintenance is a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning supplies, equipment operation, and safety procedures is advantageous
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and climbing ladders as needed
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards in busy environments
