Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced gas and diesel mechanic. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive and heavy equipment repair, specifically with diesel engines. 8-10 years’ experience would be ideal.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel vehicles, including troubleshooting.
- Diagnose mechanical issues in gas and diesel engines and related systems.
- Adhere to safety rules while working in the shop environment.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on diesel engines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience with heavy equipment is a plus.
Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25-40 per hour based on experience.
Expected hours: 50-55 per week
