We're looking for a Sales & Client Relations Rep to join us in our Vaughan office, starting part-time in April and moving to full-time by May.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Responding to inbound inquiries via phone and email
- Following up with leads and guiding clients through our sales process
- Preparing and sending quotes
- Closing bookings and collecting deposits
- Maintaining organized client records and follow-up schedules
- Representing Big Flames BBQ with energy and professionalism

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communicator — confident on the phone and in writing
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume client outreach
- Friendly, quick-thinking, and able to think on your feet
- Cool under pressure — able to manage back-to-back inquiries during busy periods
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable following a structured sales process
- Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus
- Able to work independently in an office setting
- Familiarity with CRM tools or email platforms is an asset
- Someone looking to grow with a company, not just fill a seat

COMPENSATION
- Commission paid per closed booking (paid upon deposit received)
- Realistic earnings of $4,000–$6,000/month at full-time during peak season

SCHEDULE
- April: Part-time — Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (20–30 hrs/week)
- May onward: Full-time through mid-September
- Right by Highway 7 & Keel In Vaughan, must be able to come into the office by 9 am.
