We are seeking a Business Analyst, Construction ERP to lead business process definition, requirements, and ongoing system evolution.
This role joins at the start of implementation and remains embedded post go-live, acting as the primary link between construction operations, finance, and technology. You will ensure the ERP system reflects real business needs and continues to deliver value as the organization grows.

This position involves a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders while also providing support to the Project Manager.
What You Will Do
You will represent the business throughout the ERP lifecycle—from implementation through continuous improvement.
Business Process Analysis & Ownership
- Lead process discovery, documentation, and improvement across estimating, job costing, change orders, billing, subcontractor management, and construction finance (AP/AR, holdbacks, lien processes).

- Partner with functional leaders to standardize and optimize processes.
Requirements & Solution Design
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements across construction, finance, and operations.

- Maintain traceability from requirements through design, testing, and deployment.
ERP Implementation Support
- Work closely with the ERP Project Manager and implementation partner across design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Support data migration tracking, validation, and readiness activities.
- Coordinate and document testing cycles, including SIT and UAT.
- Contribute to cutover planning and go-live readiness.
- Ensure business context is consistently represented in system decisions.
Governance & Change Support
- Participate in project governance and working groups.
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
- Support stakeholder communication, documentation, and reporting.
- Enable change adoption through clear process and user documentation.
Post-Go-Live Continuous Improvement
- Manage and prioritize ERP enhancement requests.
- Evaluate changes based on business value and operational impact.
- Partner with Technology on release planning and ongoing improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on how to effectively use the ERP system.
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ERP super-user, or similar role in construction or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows and financial controls (job costing, billing, AP/AR).
- Experience with ERP systems; construction ERP experience (e.g., Explorer Eclipse or similar) is preferred.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT.
- Working knowledge of data migration, testing cycles, and cutover activities.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
