Back of House (BOH) Team Member – Misoya Ramen
Job Overview
Misoya Ramen is looking for motivated and reliable Back of House (BOH) Team Members to join our kitchen team. As a BOH Team Member, you will help prepare authentic Japanese ramen and other menu items while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. Whether you have previous kitchen experience or are new to the industry, we provide hands-on training and opportunities to grow with our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking according to Misoya Ramen recipes and standards
- Assemble ramen, appetizers, and other menu items with consistency and attention to quality
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, prep areas, and equipment
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout each shift
- Wash dishes and keep workstations clean during and after service
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy lunch and dinner periods
- Support other team members to ensure fast, friendly, and high-quality service
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow recipes and kitchen procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs when needed
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
