Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Long Haul Driver to operate commercial vehicles across US and Canada (SOLO TRIP)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting freight, managing delivery schedules, and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations.
This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the efficient movement of goods across regions while maintaining high safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate large commercial trucks over long-distance routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Inspect vehicles regularly to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery schedules and potential delays
- Ensure cargo is secured properly to prevent damage during transit
- Follow all safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and freight handling
Skills
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record with Min 2 year experiences.
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety standards for long-distance transport
- Strong organizational skills for managing delivery schedules and documentation
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in various environments
This position requires a dedicated professional committed to safe driving practices, efficient freight management, and maintaining the highest standards of vehicle operation.
Paying 0.62/mile, 8000+mile/months, Paid Pick-up/Drop-off and wait time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $85,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
