Position: Administrative Assistant (E-Commerce Support)
Are you eager to be part of the fast-paced and evolving world of e-commerce? Singh Electronics is seeking a passionate and energetic Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will support our e-commerce operations, including customer service, platform maintenance, and return processing.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (availability during these hours is required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Process online orders, payments, and invoices accurately
- Provide customer support via email, phone, live chat, and text messaging
- Offer delivery updates, investigate shipping issues, and manage inbound returns
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective customer resolutions
- Maintain calendars and schedule appointments
- Consistently deliver outstanding customer service
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges
- Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset
- Typing speed of 50+ words per minute
- Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or order fulfillment is an asset
