One Full-time contract Enterprise Application Administrator position available, starting on August 03, 2026, and ending on August 03, 2027, working 37.5 hours per week.

Your Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- The Enterprise Application Administrator drives digital transformation, modernizing workflows, leading the adoption of AI Co-pilot technologies and ensures the stable, secure, and efficient operation of enterprise business systems, deployment infrastructure, and automated reporting frameworks. This includes the implementation and user enablement of Microsoft 365 Copilot, assisting in the rollout of Fresh service, and optimizing the Windows Deployment Infrastructure.
- The role acts as a primary technical resource for automation initiatives—such as deploying custom AI agents, managing Co-pilot configurations, and streamlining system deployment workflows.
- The role supports data governance, pilot audit requirements, and ongoing optimization of enterprise applications while working in alignment with the Agency’s commitment to equity and belonging.

Your Talents and Experience:
- A degree or diploma in information systems, computer science, business systems or related field.
- Experience with SQL Server, ERP/HRIS systems, Microsoft 365 and business intelligence tools is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities and the capacity to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences are required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.
