About the Role
Le Miracle Skin Clinic is a growing medical aesthetics clinic in Ottawa looking for an experienced, part-time Aesthetician to join our team. This is a part-time position suited for a skilled professional who values flexibility while delivering high-quality skincare and beauty treatments. We are not looking for entry-level candidates; you should arrive ready to contribute from day one with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on, licensed experience.
Position Details

Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of skincare treatments including facials, microneedling, microchanneling, laser hair removal, chemical peels, and similar advanced skin procedures
- Provide body waxing, facial waxing, and eyelash extension services with precision and care
- Deliver expert makeup application for special occasions and everyday wear
- Conduct nail care services including manicures and pedicures
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin concerns and develop personalized treatment plans
- Educate clients on homecare routines and recommend appropriate skincare products
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards across all treatment areas and equipment
- Support front desk operations including appointment scheduling, client record management, and retail sales
- Actively upsell and cross-sell treatments and products to support clinic growth
- Contribute to a warm, professional, and welcoming clinic environment
Requirements
3+ Years of Experience (Non-Negotiable) Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of post-licensure, hands-on experience as a practicing Aesthetician. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Valid Aesthetician diploma and license to practice in Ontario
- High school diploma
- Minimum 3 years of professional Aesthetician experience post-licensure
- Demonstrated experience with advanced skin treatments: chemical peels, microneedling, and similar procedures
- Prior experience with laser hair removal (hands-on training on our specific device will be provided)
- Strong client consultation skills with the confidence to present and explain treatment options clearly
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Additional Skills We Value:

- Proficiency in eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and body treatments
