Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Key Holder to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Handle sales transactions using Shopify APP.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving shipments, organizing stock and conducting inventory check.
- Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing to customers.
- Complete other assignments from the store manager.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing and cash handling is an extra asset.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills.
