Responsibilities
- Prepare, take order over the phones, provide customer service, delivery food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food preparation and service areas
- Assist with food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Support kitchen operations as needed, including basic food prep and sanitation tasks
Experience
- Previous experience in pizza, food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards is a plus
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in cashiering, serving, or food industry roles is beneficial but not mandatory
