Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, toppings, desserts, teas, and specialty drinks according to company standards.
- Handle cash register operations using POS systems, accurately processing transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Manage food preparation tasks including assembling food items, ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed.
- Uphold food safety standards and proper hygiene practices throughout all duties.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
- Demonstrate effective time management to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar food service role is highly desirable. Open and weekend availability is also required.
- Familiarity with POS systems for quick and accurate cashiering.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and hygiene standards in the food industry.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Ability to perform serving, food preparation, and cashiering duties efficiently.
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude to foster a welcoming environment.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
