Responsibilities
- Install, replace, and service residential HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, heat pumps, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure installations meet code requirements and company quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service on every job
- Work safely and maintain a clean job site
- Collaborate with team members and support apprentices as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ HVAC installation experience (residential or commercial)
- Red Seal/Journeyperson certification (or in progress) preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
