As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of our Knightsbridge community in Stratford.
Position Summary: The Site Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of residential construction activities at the Knightsbridge site. This individual will coordinate trades, maintain construction schedules, ensure quality workmanship, enforce health and safety standards, and deliver homes on time while meeting Ridgeview Homes' high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Experience: 5 or more years in residential construction industry
Responsibilities:
- Constructing and building the home in a good workmanship manner from its initial stage to finishing. Including grading certificates and final building certificates.
- Providing all inspection reports with final occupancy report and the keys for the home to the office.
- Keeping the site clean at all times.
- Knowledge of Ontario Building Code requirements and Health and Safety Act.
- Must enforce all safety requirements at all times.
- Must have a good communication and scheduling skills with all the trades and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets Ridgeview Homes' quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
- Must provide own transportation.
- Must provide own tools necessary to get the job done.
- Must insure all signs for the lots and the subdivision are in a good visible manner.
- Pre-Delivery Inspection. “P.D.I.”.- Responsible for final cleanings
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience supervising low-rise residential construction.
- Strong understanding of residential building practices, sequencing, and scheduling.
- Thorough knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, Tarion Warranty Program, and applicable construction regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- First Aid/CPR Certification.
- Working at Heights Certification.
- Health & Safety training applicable to residential construction.
- Experience managing subdivision developments and multiple homes simultaneously.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
