We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Property Operations to oversee the operations and performance of our residential portfolio in Kingston, Ontario.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic, hands-on leader with extensive experience in residential property management and operations. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while providing strong leadership and direction to property management and site teams.
The Director of Property Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, ensuring properties are managed efficiently and to a high standard, supporting and leading property management teams, maintaining strong resident and stakeholder relationships, and identifying opportunities to improve operational performance.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing a residential portfolio and a proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of operational results. Strong communication, organizational, financial, and leadership skills are essential.
The salary for this position is $150,000–$180,000 per year, plus the potential for performance-based bonuses, depending on experience and qualifications.
