Job Overview
Premier Landscaping is seeking an experienced, reliable and hardworking Landscaper to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain and enhance residential and commercial landscapes by performing a variety of landscape maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is committed to providing excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities

Perform landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weeding, planting, and clean-up.

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

Assist with seasonal landscape services, including mulch installation, planting, and property enhancements.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Support the Crew Supervisor with daily site operations and assigned tasks.

Provide professional and courteous service while working on client properties.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite.

Report equipment issues, hazards, or property concerns to the Crew Supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience

1–2 years of landscaping or landscape maintenance experience required.

Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including mowing, pruning, planting, and weed control.

Experience operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and other power tools.

Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Valid Class 5 driver's licence is an asset.
