Office Admin / Receptionist
Overview: Here at Dan Mar Equipment we are a Heavy equipment repair shop, along with sideboom rentals and a parts department. We are located in Nisku, Ab. We are looking to hire a Receptionist / Office Admin person to join our team. This position is responsible for the daily running of the front office. The Front Office Administrator must possess positive and upbeat personality.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers
- Answering phones
- Perform clerical duties, such as AP & AR, Data entry, Filing, ect..
- Collecting payments from customers
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Preparing and making bank deposits.
- Maintain a clean front office space, lunchroom, ect.
- Being assistive with other staff when needed
What you bring:
- Minimum of 6 months office experience
- Strong computer proficiency with using programs such as MS word, Excel and outlook.
- Knowledge of Sage 50
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Adaptable team player
- Ability to organize, multitask, and work under pressure.
- Class 5 licence with a clean drivers abstract
