### Position Overview
The Wireline Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day wireline operations, leading field crews, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers.
### Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of wireline supervisory experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience with pressure control equipment and wireline operations
* Commitment to safety and operational excellence
* Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 1 or 3 considered an asset)
* Ability to work in demanding field environments and flexible schedules
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
### Responsibilities
* Supervise wireline crews and field operations
* Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
* Maintain equipment and operational readiness
* Coordinate with clients and operations personnel
* Mentor and support crew members
* Complete required reporting and documentation
