Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their leadership team and contribute to the smooth operation of their administration department. This company has been a trusted global supplier for the color cosmetic, health, beauty, and fragrance industries since 1991. Specializing in high-quality packaging solutions, they offer customized designs from concept to finished product, including plastic injection molding and glass components.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to stay informed of commitments and responsibilities, providing recommendations for smooth daily operations
- Maintain workflow efficiency under pressure in a dynamic, high-profile setting while adapting to changing priorities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, transportation, and professional association activities
- Act as a liaison between internal departments, demonstrating leadership to build trust and support with senior management
- Prioritize conflicting tasks, handle matters proactively, and ensure projects are completed successfully, even under tight deadlines
- Manage sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Perform additional duties as required to support the executive team

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in administrative or executive support
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience supporting internal and external communications is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
