Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Landscaping/Hardscaping Crew Member to join our landscaping construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors on a variety of projects, including paver and wall installation, planting, artificial turf installation and heavy duty equipment operation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building beautiful landscapes, a strong work ethic, and an interest in developing further skills within landscaping. This position is suitable for individuals eager to do meaningful work while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the industry.

Responsibilities
- Assist in installing various hardscape and softscape features to a high standard while following project plans and standard operating procedures
- Operate equipment such as excavators and power tools safely and effectively
- Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on equipment and site infrastructure
- Operate company trucks and trailers in a safe manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet client expectations
- Follow safety protocols at all times during outdoor operations
Experience
- Prior experience with landscaping and hardscaping is required. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 6 months experience.
- Experience with using power tools is required.
- Experience with operating heavy machinery such as excavators and skid steers is a plus.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, landscape maintenance practices, or construction is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with hand tools and power tools is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work with others and a proactive attitude toward the work and learning new skills in landscape construction environments is required
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
