Designer
The designer plays a crucial role in the design and development of electrical distribution systems for various projects (overhead and underground). They collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure designs meet the project requirements and comply with relevant codes and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Designing electrical systems for a diverse range of projects.
- Creating electrical drawings, schematics, and diagrams using design software.
- Conducting site visits and inspections to assess existing electrical systems, new construction site requirements or troubleshoot issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electrical design is an asset.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office Applications (including Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Outdoor environment as some field work is required (field checks, staking, etc.)
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is required.
