Automotive Service BDC & Appointment Coordinator

Position: Full-Time; Monday to Friday; 8-5

We're looking for an exceptional person to become the first point of contact for our Service Department. This role is much more than answering phones and booking appointments—it's about creating an outstanding customer experience from the very first interaction.

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Schedule service appointments efficiently while maximizing shop capacity.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and text.
- Coordinate appointment availability with advisors and technicians.
- Follow up with customers regarding upcoming appointments and declined services.
- Monitor online appointment requests and ensure timely responses.
- Assist with customer retention campaigns and outbound service reminders.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Support the Service Advisors with administrative tasks as needed.
- Help ensure every customer interaction is friendly, professional, and exceeds expectations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience.
- Experience in an automotive dealership is considered an asset but is not required.
- Experience with appointment scheduling, CRM software, or dealership management systems is an asset.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software.
