The Role: Team Lead Industrial Pressure Washer
We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead to oversee our mobile service crews. This is a dynamic leadership role where you will be assigned to lead a 2-4 person team in one of two specialized areas: Underground Parking/Property Maintenance OR Waste Equipment Cleaning (Chutes & Compactors).
You are the point person on-site. Whether you are deep-cleaning a parking structure or sanitizing waste systems, you are responsible for crew safety, job efficiency, and high-quality results.
Leadership & Responsibilities
- Crew Management: Supervise and motivate a crew of 2-4; delegate tasks clearly and resolve any on-site employee conflicts quickly and professionally.
- Operations: Drive the company truck and landscape trailer safely to various commercial and residential sites across the GTA.
- Specialized Labor: Lead from the front by operating high-powered pressure washers and industrial tools (scrapers, squeegees, brooms, ride on sweepers and scrubbers) for extended periods.
- Reporting & Tech: Accurately document all work, site photos, and completion data using Salesforce (CRM).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect all work areas (underground pits, walkways, or waste bins) to ensure they are 100% clear of dirt and debris before leaving the site.
Requirements
- Licensing: Valid Class G License with a clean abstract (Class A or AR preferred). Must be highly confident driving a truck and trailer.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead, Foreman, or Supervisor in a labor-intensive field.
- Equipment Knowledge: 1+ years of experience with high-pressure washing systems and industrial cleaning methods.
- Work Ethic: Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and handling "dirty" environments with a positive attitude.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to manage your team and interact with property managers/clients.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
