We’re growing and looking for a skilled Mechanical Specialist to support our expanding repair capabilities, especially in modern vehicle systems and advanced driver assistance technologies.
Position Overview
The Mechanical Specialist plays a key role in performing mechanical repairs related to collision work, as well as advanced diagnostics and ADAS calibration. This position requires a strong understanding of vehicle systems, precision work, and the ability to adapt to evolving automotive technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical repairs related to collision damage, including:
- Suspension systems
- Wheels and tires
- Steering components
- Cooling/AC systems
- Conduct wheel alignments to manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues
- Perform ADAS calibrations, including:
- Static calibrations
- Dynamic calibrations
- Complete vehicle programming and module updates as required
- Analyze diagnostic data and repair procedures to ensure accurate repairs
- Work closely with body technicians and estimators to ensure seamless repairs
- Maintain detailed documentation of repairs and calibrations
Ensure all work meets OEM standards and safety requirements

Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive mechanical repair (collision environment preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ADAS systems and calibrations is a strong asset
- Familiarity with vehicle programming and scan tools
- ODP (Ozone Depletion Prevention) License
- Understanding of OEM repair procedures
- Alignment certification or experience preferred
