This role involves fabricating, setting up, dismantling, and maintaining exhibition booths and displays at various trade shows and events. We’re hiring Installation & Fabrication Leads to join our skilled, supportive, and seriously hard working crew. Some days you’ll be building in our shop, working with wood working tools, saws and laminating. Some days you'll be pulling and sorting rental materials from our warehouse to help create our client's brand vision! Other days you’ll be boots on the ground at world-class events across the continent assembling trade show exhibits, working directly with clients and helping us help our clients put their best foot forward.
No two days are ever the same—and that’s the point.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Travel across Canada & the U.S. to install and dismantle exhibits
- Read blueprints and prep material pull lists
- Supervise onsite crews and ensure top-quality execution
- Build, laminate, and finish exhibit components in our shop using woodworking tools and equipment
- Keep equipment in working order and your workspace clean
- Solve problems, stay calm under pressure, and deliver awesome results
- Enjoy regular overtime opportunities, especially during peak seasons
What You’ll Need
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to the United States
- Comfort with hand/power tools and reading technical drawings
- A team-first mindset and pride in doing things right
- Carpentry or construction experience (a big asset)
- Willingness to travel, work evenings/weekends, and roll up your sleeves
