SALES SPECIALIST – SECURITY SYSTEMS
Residential & Commercial | Delta, Surrey, Langley BC | Full-Time
Base Salary + Commission | $40,000–$80,000/year | Car Allowance + Benefits
Are you a people person with a knack for closing deals? Do you thrive both independently on the road and as part of a team? Atlas Alarms Systems is looking for a driven Sales Specialist to grow with us — and you don't need to know everything about security systems on day one. We'll teach you the tech. You bring the hustle.
What You'll Be Doing
- Generating new leads through cold outreach, referrals, community networking, and office-provided lead lists — your territory is yours alone, not shared with other reps
- Meeting with residential and commercial clients on-site to assess their security needs and recommend the right solutions
- Presenting and demonstrating our alarm system technology in a way that's clear, compelling, and tailored to each customer
- Building your local network and community presence to create a steady pipeline of warm leads
- Managing your own schedule between in-office days with the team and independent field work
- Negotiating and closing sales agreements, then following up to ensure every customer is thrilled with their experience
- Staying current on the latest security technologies and industry trends — ongoing training is provided
- Consistently meeting and exceeding your sales targets

- Proven sales or customer service experience (1+ year) — you know how to listen to a customer's needs and guide them to a decision
- Self-motivated and accountable — you set your own pace, manage your time well, and don't need to be micromanaged
- Strong closing skills — you're comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections with confidence
- Comfortable in the field and in the office — some weeks you're on the road meeting clients, other weeks you're in with the team
- Community-minded — you naturally build relationships and know how to turn a conversation into an opportunity
- Security industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement — we provide full product and system training
- Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle required
- Must be eligible to obtain a Security License (Province of British Columbia)
