Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate projects from concept through completion, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
- Manage consultants and contractors, fostering strong collaboration across architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and design intent.
- Apply Revit and AutoCAD expertise to support project documentation, clash detection, and design coordination.
- Motivate and guide internal teams, creating a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Maintain client relationships, providing consistent updates and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology (or related discipline).
- 5+ years' experience working in a project management or project coordination capacity within architectural, design, or construction environments.
- Solid experience across commercial, educational, institutional, and civic projects.
- Advanced skills in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong technical knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
