Earthworks Equipment Corporation is an equipment dealership carrying the industry leading lines of Bobcat, Kubota, and Doosan. Located in a new and modern 30,000 square foot facility, with a state-of-the-art service shop in the North end of Saskatoon, the company currently employs over 50 people.
We are searching for Journeyman Technicians to provide professional quality results in our rapidly growing service department. The successful applicant will earn a guaranteed hourly wage. A comprehensive company benefits plan including boot and tool allowances and Group RRSP plan will also be provided. All people with relevant farm or construction repair experience and formal apprenticeship training are being considered at this time.

We will give preference to individuals with:
- Journeyman Automotive, Heavy Duty and Ag Technicians
- Relevant experience in a similar environment
- Knowledge of the construction and/or agricultural industries
- Basic understanding of principles relative to a dealership environment
- Ability to promote the Rental, Sales, and Service Departments and support them in an upbeat and positive manner
- Flexible, organized and team-driven with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when required
- Professionalism with a commitment to high ethical standards in pursuit of excellence
- Ability to understand and execute corporate goals and direction
