Hey Toronto, RMT Studio is seeking a committed massage therapist to join our RMT team!
We are an RMT-owned massage therapy-focused clinic. We have built a reputation for providing client-centered quality treatments to the King West, Fort York, City Place, Liberty Village and Queen West neighbourhoods. We have been successfully operating for over fifteen years.
Massage Therapist Responsibilities
- Confident in their hands-on and communication skills
- Takes pride in their work, workplace and professional relationships
- Actively participates in ongoing education and professional development
- Dedicated to upholding high standards in cleaning, organization and punctuality
- Works through a judgement-free lens and values inclusivity and positivity
- Interested in establishing a practice within our community
- Can commit to 3-5 shifts per week,
- Comfortable and capable of working with firm pressure if necessary
- Registered and insured
What We Offer
- Three large treatment rooms in a bright, modern, thoughtfully designed space
- Electric tables, table warmers, thermaphores, towel warmers, and Sonos speakers
- Independent contractor on commission split starting at $91.00 per hour, with the option of a cap
- Established client base as well as an average of 45-65 new clients a month, with over 90% retention rate across the clinic

- A selection of oils and gels
Shifts are 6 hours (approximately 5 hours hands-on per shift) to ensure sustainability and prevent burnout.
