About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work collaboratively with Behaviour Therapists and families across Ontario.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting behavioural assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical services, and ensuring high-quality ABA programming that aligns with evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities
● Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
● Design, implement, and update behaviour intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
● Provide ongoing clinical supervision to Behaviour Therapists in accordance with Ontario requirements.
● Review client progress and modify programming based on data analysis.
● Conduct monthly supervision sessions and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
● Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization.
● Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
● Participate in team meetings as required.
Qualifications
● Current registration as a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Ontario.
● Must be legally authorized to work in Ontario, Canada.
● Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
● Certification as a BCBA is considered a strong asset.
● Experience working with children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
● Strong clinical assessment, program development, and data analysis skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple cases.
