Job description
We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Journeypeople to join our team. While industrial experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate. This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment while upholding our commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Overtime and weekend work will be required and you will be part of an on-call schedule during the months of May to October.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work effectively in a team environment as well as being self motivated to complete projects on your own.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of motors, VFDs, PLCs, control panels, power panels, breaker panels, and other types of electrical equipment.
Required Qualifications:
- Red Seal Interprovincial Journeyman Ticket
- Experience in Industrial/Commercial Setting
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, and currently have and be able to maintain a good driving record.
- Must be available to work overtime hours on weekends and weekdays when required. There is an on-call rotation schedule that will be put in place during our busy season (May till October).
