The Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of food service activities within our establishment. This position involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily food service operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Train, mentor, and manage food service staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
- ensure operation of all equipment and programming of equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the POS system effectively.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.

Skills
- Proficient in food handling practices and knowledgeable about food safety regulations.
- Experience in restaurant management with a focus on operational excellence.
