We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our automotive repair team. Responsibilities
- Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels, frames, and structural components using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques.
- Perform dent removal, sanding, priming, painting, and finishing to restore vehicles to factory standards.
- Use diagnostic tools and mechanical knowledge to identify issues beyond visible damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and high-quality workmanship.
- Document repair procedures and communicate effectively with customers regarding the scope of work.
Experience
- Prior dealership experience or extensive automotive repair background is highly preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and body components is essential.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during repair processes.
- Experience working with automotive paint systems and refinishing techniques is a plus.
