Skin Focus MD is seeking a full-time Patient Experience & Sales Coordinator to become an integral part of our growing medical aesthetics team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience from the very first interaction through treatment and beyond.
This is much more than a reception position—you will be a patient advocate, treatment coordinator, and sales professional who helps guide patients throughout their aesthetic journey while ensuring every patient feels informed, supported, and cared for.
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression.
- Meet with patients before they see the physician to answer general questions, educate them on treatments, and help them feel comfortable.
- Guide patients through treatment recommendations and available packages or membership options.
- Follow up promptly with new inquiries, consultations, and existing patients.
- Build strong relationships with patients and maintain regular communication throughout their treatment journey.
- Ensure patients receive exceptional care before, during, and after their treatments.
- Coordinate appointments to maximize clinic efficiency and optimize patient flow.
- Help reduce missed appointments through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Support clinic marketing initiatives, promotions, social media campaigns, and patient events.
- Educate patients about our treatments, skincare products, and wellness services.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional treatments and products that align with each patient's goals.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and help create an exceptional five-star experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical aesthetics clinic, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, medical spa, or related aesthetic field is strongly preferred.
- Experience in patient coordination, sales, customer service, or treatment consulting.
- Medical office experience is an asset.
- Background as a medical office assistant, nurse, physician assistant, aesthetician, cosmetic consultant, or other healthcare professional is considered an asset.
- Experience with electronic medical records and appointment scheduling is beneficial.
