Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and reliable Carpenters and Laborer to join our construction team. These versatile role involves performing a variety of carpentry and labor tasks on residential, commercial projects. The ideal candidates will have experience in construction, woodworking, and related trades, and operate various tools and equipment. These positions offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing to finishing work.
Responsibilities
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work as needed
- Install cabinets, flooring, tile, siding, roofing, and other building components with precision
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with construction painting, caulking, drywall installation, and finishing tasks
- Conduct heavy lifting and material handling to support project progress
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout each phase of construction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or general construction labor roles
- Knowledge of concrete forming, masonry, siding, roofing, tile laying, and cabinetry installation is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, and common power tools
- Experience with rebar installation, framing, or handyman work is a plus
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions precisely
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for site travel or material transport purposes
- Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing or electrical work are beneficial but not mandatory
