Sales Associate /Receptionist (Part-Time)
HS Studio Salon Spa is looking for an additional part time Sales Associate to join their team!
The sales associate’s main role is to drive sales by improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service and communication. The sales associate will support the salon leader and desk team in ensuring all processes and service standards are followed at all times. Duties include all front end client relations, sales, inventory control and general cleanliness of our salon.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and sales support to staff members.
- Deliver sales and operational expectations.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure merchandising concepts are maintained at all times.
- Initiate completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
- Contribute to a positive work environment.
- Ensure confidentiality of all client information.
Skills and Qualifications include:
- Flexible schedule.
- Retail experience an asset.
- Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills.
- Strong interest in beauty and fashion.
- Comfortable using Email and Excel.
