We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and is looking to grow with a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Handle filing systems, document proofreading, and general administrative support
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting client needs, and ensuring positive interactions
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and basic financial record keeping
- Perform data entry and general administrative duties.
- Assist management with various office tasks as required.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
- Strong computer skills including data entry, file management, and document proofreading
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation
