Service Advisor / Admin Clerk
City Tire & Auto (Clarenville) is seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Admin Clerk to join its customer focused and safety-oriented team for a temporary replacement position.
Work Expectation
- Provide customer service for automotive repair and maintenance.
- Provide customer service for tire sales, repair and maintenance.
- Review work orders and discuss work with management and/or customer.
- Review work orders and direct the needed work with automotive technicians and tire technicians.
- Able to work independently with little supervision.
- Daily admin duties, bank deposits, A/R payment processing, A/P processing, etc.
- Attention to detail.
- Good computer skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal & written.
- Hours of Operation is 8:00AM to 5:00PM – Monday through Friday.
The Ideal Candidate
- A skilled Service Advisor with one or more years experience that works well within a team environment.
- Experience in an automotive or tire environment would be beneficial.
- Must be able and willing to take assignments as directed from management team.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation: $17.77 - $19.59 per hour for experienced service advisors.
- Plus incentive based earnings.
