Tech's complete an average of 8 maintenances per day, steadily all year long.

Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance work as assigned on all makes and models of residential HVAC equipment.
- Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service
- Responsible for completing maintenance duties safely, effectively and to company standards.
- Responsible for promoting Enercare products and services.
- Responsible for following all company health and safety policies, procedures and rules.
Qualifications:
- Gas Fitter 2 License (mandatory).
- 313D Refrigeration license is preferred but not required
- Valid class G driver’s license with clean driver's abstract
- Training provided
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal Communications.
- Good mechanical aptitude, able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform varying service and maintenance projects.
- Must have your own vehicle and hand tools
- Able to work a rotating shift
Working Conditions:
- Majority of time spent standing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling and kneeling.
- Majority of the time Light to Moderate lifting and occasional heavy lifting.
