Office Administrator for Chiro/Physio Clinic based in Mississauga & Brampton Join our team to support daily operations and ensure exceptional patient service at our dynamic rehabilitation center. Your role will be vital in maintaining a smooth and welcoming environment aligned with our mission of health and recovery.
Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and scheduling appointments.
Must have experience with Universal Software
Proven experience in mva ehc wsib claims
Must be willing to work between our mississauga and brampton clinics
Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects our commitment to quality care.
ssist with patient intake processes and ensure confidentiality of medical information.
