Responsibilities

- Conduct negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, terms, and contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and engineering to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
- Oversee the entire procurement cycle from requisition approval through order placement and delivery confirmation.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions, supplier performance metrics, and supply chain documentation.
Requirements
- Proven procurement experience within a manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Solid knowledge of sourcing strategies, vendor management, and negotiation techniques.
- Experience working with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to optimize inventory levels.
- Familiarity with purchasing procedures, pricing negotiations, and procurement best practices.
- Strong analytical skills paired with excellent communication abilities to foster supplier partnerships.
