Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Receptionist experience is a plus, but not required. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a welcoming spa atmosphere while developing valuable administrative skills.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain organized calendars using Mindbody
- Support office operations by managing incoming and outgoing emails and calls
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and well-organized at all times
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies
Experience
- Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Familiarity with front desk operations, phone systems, and appointment booking softwares
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven customer service experience with professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a busy environment
- Experience with reception procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific tasks
