Kildare Renovations is seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter / Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential painting and plastering, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, with 3+ years of hands on experience!
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting and also for plaster application by cleaning and repairing as needed.
- Mix plaster materials according to specifications for optimal consistency and durability.
- Apply plaster using various techniques to achieve desired textures and finishes.
- Work with drywall to ensure seamless integration between plastered areas and existing structures.
- Utilize tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Perform caulking as necessary to seal joints and edges for a professional appearance.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Proficient in residential plastering painting applications.
- Experience with drywall installation and finishing processes.
- Self-Led and Self-Motivated
- Skilled in the use of necessary tools, and techniques for plastering tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Versed in various painting techniques
