Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and motivated marketing graduate to join our team in a hands-on role supporting marketing, social media, content creation, and administrative operations across three growing local brands.
This position offers an opportunity to gain real-world experience in digital marketing, event promotion, customer communications, and business administration while working in Kelowna’s vibrant hospitality and live events industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and maintain content calendars across all three brands
- Capture and create photo/video content (food, drinks, events, behind-the-scenes)
- Publish and manage Instagram content including posts, stories, and reels
- Assist with planning and executing short-form video content
- Engage with followers through comments, DMs, polls, and interactive stories
- Capture real-time content during events and service
- Promote events through external channels including Tourism Kelowna, Castanet, KelownaNow, Daily Courier, Bandsintown, and other community listings
- Assist with print marketing, graphic design projects, and website updates
- Track basic performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Administrative Support
- Monitor, organize, and respond to inquiries received through the company's main information email account
- Respond to general customer questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Enter reservations into the online booking system
- Assist with maintaining marketing files, calendars, and internal communications
- Support event promotion, community partnerships, and marketing initiatives with administrative coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Recently completed a Marketing, Business, Communications, or related post-secondary program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for social media, content creation, and marketing
- Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Professional and customer-focused communication style
- Creative thinker with attention to detail
- Experience with Canva required
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Availability for occasional evenings and weekends to support events
Position Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Kelowna, BC
- Wage: $19–$25 per hour, based on experience and education
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
