City Ice Company is a local Packaged Ice Manufacturer looking for Delivery Route Drivers for our Guelph location.
This position requires drivers to deliver ice products using the company’s refrigerated delivery trucks (G or DZ License) to our established customers in our regional area. Drivers are responsible for delivering products, invoicing and basic communication and interaction with our customers.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 7-25lbs & push or pull repetitively
- Valid G or DZ license with a clean abstract
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must comply with company grooming and uniform policy
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays when required
- Great communication & basic math skills
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude with great interpersonal skills
Experience is not necessary, and training will be provided. However, experience driving commercial vehicles is an asset. This position offers a competitive wage for qualified candidates. City Ice Company appreciates all applications; only qualified candidates will be contacted.
