Job Description:
Parsons has an opportunity for a skilled CBA – Security III professional with strong emergency medical response experience to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key onsite responder at the Faro Mine Remediation Project, providing medical aid, mine rescue support, and site safety services that help protect the health and well-being of personnel across a remote industrial environment.
Local candidates are preferred, but fly-in/fly-out candidates will be considered for a 2-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off rotation, including day and night shifts.
This is a unionized position represented by USW Local #925. Terms and conditions of employment are governed by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Union membership and dues will apply.
The hourly wage for this position is $33.38
What You'll Do in This Emergency Response Role:
Respond to emergency events including vehicle extractions, medical aid calls, mine rescue incidents, wildfire monitoring, and other mine site response scenarios.
Support site and office operations as needed, including reception duties, communications, light maintenance, and general upkeep of the Security Building workspace.
Experience responding to medical incidents, emergencies, or rescue situations in industrial, remote, or high-risk environments is strongly valued.
